this is a birthday card i have made i used the Joy cutting embossing machine to cut the embossed card, then matted and layered and then used an image from a Joanna Sheen cd rom then i used the cuttlebug to make the fancy tag to put the happy birthday peel off on now i have to work out how to make an envelope to fit

this is a card i made for someone i used to work with i used the new large die cutting machine with a grande square scalloped nestie to cut out the card from an A3 piece of card the insert and backing paper and image i used from Joanna Sheens Times Gone By cd rom then used some peel offs for a frame around the image and the Happy Birthday

i found a brass stencil this morning which i did not know i had and as the no shim mat arrived i thought i would have a play so just put a bit of backing paper and a piece of glittered paper then embossed some mirri card and this is the result

i just love this image i stamped it onto a bit of card and coloured in with promarkers the brim of the hat and the bobble i used flowersoft then i matted and layered onto a piece of brown card stock

i made this to try and get my mojo back and to take my mind off of things used a digistamp image from the pamela west volume 2 cd rom ran a piece of card through the cuttlebug backing paper from a cd rom and some glitter paper i had then used an embellishment on the top of the tree and some sticky gems along the tree

my first attempt

this is my first attempt at using embossing paste so think i need to improve and practice a bit.

i used a robin brass stencil, the backing paper was a freebie from a magazine i then embossed the mirri card with the holly embossing folder and used a bit of dark green card to matt

prospect thank you card

this is the card i made yesterday for the hospice staff as a thank you to them for the care they gave mum whilst she was there, it was made using an image from the Thomas Kinkade cd rom from Joanna Sheen, the lace effect down the side was done using a martha Steward punch and i put some crystals on the lace part top and bottom and then i put a small die cut thank you message on the bottom. my cousin and her husband took me over this morning i also gave them a small box of chocolates
