tags for the our refuge swap

these are the tags i have made for the june tag swap on our refuge forum i have used the big shot to cut out the tag shapes then i used some foam shapes on the love tag . on the fun tag i used a diecut shape i had and on the sweet one i used a glitter sticker and a foam shape to finish of the tag i used ribbon threaded through the hole

just a brief apology to explain why nothing new has been added to my blog recently that is due to the fact that i have not made much due to mums health not being too good lately i hope to be able to put something on as soon as i can

hedgehog christmas

I made a mistake and stamped the hedgehog image upside down so had a think and decided to cut the original card and make a topper with it, found an A4 piece of card and folded it in half then printed off a backing paper from a joanna sheen cd rom then cut down a piece of green mirri card and then mounted the hedgehog image onto that then I found some white gems and spread them over the card to give the appearance of snow hope you like it

paper pricking and decoupage

I made this one this morning using a stencil from a kit i had and the same with the decoupage, the paper flowers i had bought before we moved and have just discovered them and to finish of i used some coloured gem stones to put in the centre of the flowers, this is my first attempt at paper pricking so was a bit doubtful about how it would look but was quite pleased for a first attempt

Anniversary Card

I made this card this morning for a friends anniversary hope she will like it

i love this cd rom so thought i would make a book mark with it i put a different verse on it and the using the crop o dile big bite set an eyelet in and then put a piece of ribbon through the eyelet

I made this card this morning for a friend of mine who is feeling rather down at the moment so I hope it cheers her up a bit. I made this card using the new Joanna Sheen messy rabbit cd rom I selected a backing paper from the cd and and image then matted and layered it then printed off some embellishments and cut those out too
